2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for all orders delivered to:

  • Australia

  • Canada 

No additional shipping charges apply for these destinations.

For other international destinations, shipping fees may apply and will be displayed during checkout.


3. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

This number allows you to track the progress of your shipment in real time through the carrier’s tracking service.


5. Customs Duties and Taxes

No customs duties apply to shipments delivered within France or Germany.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be applied according to local regulations.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

TryVedeia cannot be held responsible for fees imposed by customs authorities or carriers.


6. Delivery Issues

TryVedeia cannot be held responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers or customs authorities

  • lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • unclaimed or refused packages that are returned by the carrier.
