To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unworn

  • be in its original packaging

  • include all tags, labels, and protective elements

  • be in perfect condition

  • include all items originally provided (accessories, promotional gifts, etc.)

Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for a return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • damaged items after delivery

  • personalized or custom-made products

  • promotional or free items

  • items returned without original packaging or tags


4. How to Request a Return

  • the product(s) concerned

  • the reason for the return (optional but appreciated)

You will receive return instructions within 48 business hours.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • an error on our part

  • a defective product

  • an incorrect item received.


5. Return Inspection

Once the returned package is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure that:

  • the product has not been worn or used

  • it is in its original condition

  • all conditions of this return policy are met.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed according to the terms below.

Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.


6. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • the refund will apply only to the price of the returned product(s)

  • original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued:

  • to the original payment method used at checkout

Processing time:

  • up to 10 business days after the return has been approved.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if:

  • the return request is made after the 15-day period

  • the product has been worn, washed, or used

  • the product was damaged after delivery

  • the product is listed under non-returnable items

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • a replacement
